King David after he had experienced King Saul’s jealousy and the betrayal of his son Absalom; he felt like things were all dried up – but he remembered something and that’s when he received the Strength to move forward which was revealed while in the presence of God!

Psalm 42 (AMP)
To the Chief Musician. A skillful song, or a didactic or reflective poem, of the sons of Korah.
1 As the hart pants and longs for the water brooks, so I pant and long for You, O God.

2 My inner self thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and behold the face of God?

1 Chronicles 16:34 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.

Are you really willing to give thanks. Giving thanks unto the Lord might require you to do something you never did before.

The word thanks in this verse means יָדָה yadah yaw-daw’ literally, to use (i.e. hold out) the hand; physically, to throw (a stone, an arrow) at or away; especially to revere or worship (with extended hands); intensively, to bemoan (by wringing the hands):

Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

This passage shows the divinity of Christ This passage also shows the peace he is to bring to the world. “In these names we have the divine wisdom, the divine power, the divine fatherhood, and the divine peace.”

He shall be called “wonderful” the word wonderful in old testament hebrew means “(pele’ peh’-leh) a miracle”

Amen (It is so) but my question for you what have you been called lately!

Leviticus 23:10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:

Before they could reap the harvest, they had to be at the right place. Are you at the right place; or is it a place that you chose?

Seek God and receive his plan and purpose for your life, so that you can reap a harvest of abundance all for His Glory
